Glass lamination furnace

Working principle:

The laminated glass equipment adopts the principle of vacuum heating.After the glass is placed in a vacuum bag,a vacuum pumping system is used to empty the glass air inside the vacuum bag,achieving a vacuum state,ensuring that no bubbles can be generated between the glass.The glass is compressed by vacuum pressure(without the need for a high-pressure kettle),and the film is melted at high temperature.Under the condition of heating and vacuuming the vacuum bag,the glass and Eva film are heated together,which can produce safety laminated glass with impact resistance and damage resistance of silk,wire,colored film,and art paper.Its characteristics are no need for high-pressure vessels,simple operation,low energy consumption,and high efficiency.The loading and unloading part of the machine adopts hydraulic lifting and unloading,making operation more convenient.

Usage:
