The Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology has announced the sixth batch of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises to be included in the 2022 list,with 20 high-tech enterprises including Fuyuan Glass and Lvyu Blue Sky Environmental Protection Technology in Guangfoshan City making it onto the list.Next,Gaoming District will actively encourage and support enterprises to engage in independent research and technological innovation,solidly provide innovation services for technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises,and cultivate and strengthen innovation momentum.

According to the"Evaluation Measures for technology-based Small and Medium sized Enterprises"(Guoke Fazheng[2017]No.115)and the"Guidelines for Evaluation Services for technology-based Small and Medium sized Enterprises"(Guoke Huozi[2022]No.67),the criteria for selecting and entering enterprises include a total number of employees not exceeding 500,annual sales revenue not exceeding 200 million yuan,and total assets not exceeding 200 million yuan.The evaluation indicators for technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises include three categories:scientific and technological personnel,research and development investment,and scientific and technological achievements.The Ministry of Finance,the State Administration of Taxation,and the Ministry of Science and Technology have issued a notice on increasing the pre tax deduction ratio for research and development expenses of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises.It is clear that technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises enjoy a 75%pre tax deduction ratio for research and development expenses,with manufacturing enterprises increasing the pre tax deduction ratio to 100%.
